After four years of valued service, Orrville Area United Way announces the resignation of Dawn Cazzolli from her position as Executive Director. Dawn has decided to pursue a new growth opportunity, leaving behind a legacy of positive change and impactful leadership.
During her time as Executive Director, Dawn’s dedication and strategic vision have resulted in significant program growth, expanded community connections, and improved accessibility to our services for both the community and our partner agencies.

During the process of finding a new Executive Director, the Board of Directors has full confidence in our staff's capability to facilitate a seamless transition for our partner agencies, volunteers, and donors. We are committed to maintaining our unwavering dedication to making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported our mission in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
