2024 Grant Release Meeting

We will be hosting a Grant Release Meeting Tuesday, July 18th from 8am-10am at the OAUW office. A representative must attend the release meeting as a request to apply for a 2024 grant. Check out our website for more information here.
2024 Campaign Kick-Off
Wednesday, August 16th
The 2024 Campaign Kickoff will occur as we begin to fundraise for next year's campaign. We will distribute materials to our OAUW volunteers who will contact individuals and businesses in our area for donations.
Day of Caring Community Week
September 16 - 23
A great opportunity to join with friends, coworkers, family, and neighbors to do good in the communities we live and work in at a time that fits your schedule. Be creative! Big or small, acts of service add up to making significant change in our community! There is no registration, but be sure to tag us, hashtag your project (#DoCaring), or send us pictures so we can share the awesome things our community is doing together!
United Way Week
September 18 - 23
Orrville High School athletics will share impact stats at all the home JV and Varsity games this week. Come visit us at the concession stand as we volunteer at the Friday night football game on September 22!
Orrville's Home for the Holiday's
Friday, November 24th 5:00pm-8:00pm
Kick off the holiday season and spend an evening in Downtown Orrville for the Home for the Holiday's Event. This annual fun-filled evening will be held on Friday, November 25th. Spend an evening with your family in beautiful Downtown Orrville enjoying the sights and sounds of the season. Be sure to stop by the Orrville Area United Way office to visit with "Percy the Penguin."
Dalton Holiday Festival
December 1st-3rd
The Dalton Holiday Festival provides the Christmas Spirit to generations of visitors - young and old alike. The festival is always the first weekend in December and comprises various events for all age groups. Featuring the "Coolest Parade in Ohio," they showcase their pageant, a craft show, entertainment, and the finest homemade baked goods. The OAUW will be at this event sharing information about how our non-profit organization impacts the people in the Dalton, Marshallville, and Orrville area.
